Join us for a Påskefrokost on Saturday, April 11 at 3pm. It's going to be a festive Danish Easter “lunch” of Danish bites, drinks, and community in collaboration with the Danish American Chamber of Commerce and the Consulate General of Denmark in New York.
Rooted in one of Denmark’s most beloved traditions, this påskefrokost is all about gathering around great food, raising a glass of snaps, and enjoying the company of friends—some old and many new.
A curated grazing table by Frø will feature Danish rye bread and an abundance of Nordic-inspired bites, cheeses, and seasonal treats, so come ready to pick your way through over the course of the afternoon.
We’ll be serving craft beers from Brooklyn Brewery, alongside classic Scandinavian snaps from Linie Aquavit and Svöl Aquavit to keep that Danish spirit alive.
And yes—because we’re hosting this together with the Chamber and the Consulate, you can and should call it networking and might even be able to call it work. An epic excuse to eat well, drink snaps in the afternoon, and feel unusually productive on a Saturday.
We’re hosting in Red Hook—a destination neighborhood known for its waterfront views and iconic breweries. Come make a day of it: after the lunch winds down, the fun can easily continue next door at Red Hook Cidery and Strong Rope Brewery.
