This Shipping & Pickup Policy outlines how orders are fulfilled when you purchase from Frø via eatfro.com.
1. Order Fulfillment
Frø operates on a small-batch production model, and all bread is baked fresh prior to shipment or pickup.
Orders are fulfilled through:

Fulfillment timing will be communicated at checkout or via email.
2. Shipping
We currently offer 1–2 day shipping options only to ensure your bread arrives in the best possible condition.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
3. Perishable Products
Our bread is made fresh and contains no preservatives.
By placing an order, you agree that:

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Missed deliveries

Spoilage due to delayed receipt or improper storage after delivery
4. Local Pickup
If you select local pickup:

Pickup details (location, date, and time window) will be provided at checkout or via email

You are responsible for picking up your order during the designated window
We are not responsible for product quality if orders are not picked up on time.
If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us in advance at hej@eatfro.com. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee rescheduling or refunds.
5. Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with your order, we want to know.
Please email hej@eatfro.com within 24 hours of delivery or pickup and include:

We will review all concerns and do our best to make it right.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because we bake in small batches, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hej@eatfro.com. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee modifications.
