we're in the process of building our first ever bakehouse in Red Hook, Brooklyn. our target opening is Fall 2025 and we'll share through our email, IG and TikTok where you can buy the bread once the bakehouse is up and running!

the ingredients of our danish rye bread are rye flour, whole rye berries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, salt and water.

we are committed to using simple, whole ingredients in all our products.
